Spent today at the CHFA Natural Organic Wellness trade show. As usual Red Bonèt had too much fun and forgot to take photos but a few highlights were the alcohol free Guinness, a new vegan chili crisp that was INSANE, and meeting a vegan of 40 years who gave me a vegan Worcestershire sauce. On the left is my haul of free all veg treats, and on the right the lovely 40 year vegan Allison ❤️ #CHFAnow
