Wow! It was quite a weekend at the cahealthfood Trade Show in Vancouver this past weekend. Today was mostly a recovery/get organized day since we’re exhausted! But definitely in a good way. We’re guessing that there were a few thousand people who attended; food producers, retail buyers and others who are involved with the food industry. Highlights for us: 1. We were honoured to receive interest in our chocolate from many small, medium and large retail stores both within Canada and from other countries. 2. We loved connecting with other food entrepreneurs who are at a similar stage in their business growth, sharing stories and insights. Oh, and sampling their food 😋. 3. We were one of 15 small businesses invited to give a 60 second pitch to a room full of retailers. It’s no small feat to edit, edit and edit the pitch again until it may be presented in 60 seconds or less, hitting all the high points and doing our best to talk slowwwly 😊. So much fun ❤️!
