Our next professor spotlight is Mike MacKay!
What he likes most about working at BYU are the students! He especially loves serving in the community with them, like when they do homeless care at Catholic community services each semester.
Professor MacKay is very grateful that he was able to participate in the Joseph Smith Papers Project. He's also enjoyed doing additional research on the production of latter-day Saint scripture with students and research assistants.
A fun fact about Professor MacKay is that he served in the United States Air Force. Also, there are very few weeks in the winter that he doesn't go snowboarding!
