I cannot recommend JJ Duran through 1-800 Plumbing enough! Their crew recently re-piped my elderly grandparents' home, and the level of care and consideration they showed was truly exceptional.
My grandmother recently had surgery and is struggling with health challenges, the team treated them with the utmost respect and kindness. They not only completed the re-piping efficiently and effectively but also went above and beyond to ensure my grandparents' well-being.
During the project, my grandmother had a few falls, and the crew immediately sprang into action to help my grandfather assist her. They even shared their lunch with my grandparents, showing a level of compassion that is rare to find.
I am incredibly grateful for the outstanding work JJ and his crew did and the care they provided to my family. Thank you for treating my grandparents as if they were your own family.

Edward was prompt. Very thorough on his inspection. The pictures definitely help understand everything going on with the ac unit. Answered all my questions & concerns. Showed me all the options available for the new ac unit. Talked me through the process that would occur when replacing the new unit.

Edward Laborte, came to my condo to see why my A/C was not cooling. The findings were expected since my unit was 23 years old I needed a new one. He was very knowledgeable in telling me what kind of unit I should get for the type of condo I have since it has to be placed on the roof. Excellent customer service and the job was done within a week as promised. This company is awesome they call you and explain everything that will be done. The crew members, their ladies in the office and the supervisor for the job were very friendly. The installers were on time and they did an amazing job.
