I just wanted to express how grateful I am to the staff at karma and especially Gen. I am VERY picky with my hairdressers and Gen made me feel very comfortable ,explaining everything she was doing and also answered all of my endless questions. I have waist length hair that is all one length. It is very heavy and very thick. I asked for caramel highlights to add some interest to my black hair. She was AMAZING!!!! Worth every penny!

I love this place! I went here for the first time today and it was a great experience. Andrea was really nice and friendly and she did an amazing job on my hair. Definitely coming back.

Cara did amazing to my hair. I went to other salon to get a balayage highlights but it turned out like a cheap bleached all over hair colour that grown out. I was so stressed out every time I looked at the mirror. Cara though did magic on my hair! She's very professional, talented and really knows what she's doing. She made me feel very comfortable and confident that I will walked out of the salon very happy and beautiful. Which I am! She took pictures of my hair using my fone but it didn't give justice. It looks way better in person. Now, every time I look at the mirror I say..I love my hair!

Rachel did my hair ballyage and i love it! She answered all my questions and helped me with my decision making. Rachel is also very energetic and excited when she does hair. She is a fun loving person who I quite enjoyed. The ladies at this salon were always ready to help each other if they need it. Go Karma.

I love my stylist Stephanie- she is SO talented! It's a bonus that she's also fun to talk to. The front end staff has always been very friendly and I love that they offer to make you a specialty coffee drink :) Very attractive decor. I highly recommend this salon!

I have got my hair done by Andrea and Stephanie. Both ladies are amazing, passionate about hair. My hair is extremely thick and long. It takes a lot of skill and effort put in. I have often had in the past with other salons/ stylists panic and run out of time and the end result looks rushed. I have many terrible stories starting from when I was a teenager. Not with karma! Both ladies have make sure we have more then enough time to do it right. Best service I have ever come across in my life. I will not be choosing any other salon but karma. This week I go back for round 2 of lightening my hair. Putting in some gunmetal grey/silvery ash colors.

Today I had my hair done by Keri and she brought new life back to my hair! I really like the color and baylage application she so amazingly did!! I got rid of the brassy faded brown and bleached blonde color I came in with and walked out with an awesome ash Brown and blonde mix! All the staff were friendly and accommodating and I appreciate Keri's patience, expertise and the time she blocked out just for me! Thank you Karma, see you again soon.

I got my hair done by Rachel yesterday and i am the worst person at deciding what I want for a cut and color, she gave me confidence in my decisions and was an excellent person to talk to about my situation with my son in the nicu. Stephanie is fantastic. I have been seeing her since her very first hair cut ever. I appreciate that I sort of tell her what I am thinking and she goes with it.
