I've purchased 2 different vehicles from Saint Helens Auto and had great experiences. Jennifer helped me most recently and made me feel like a valued customer. When buying a vehicle at other places I've been swarmed by dealers as soon as I drive on the lot. Here it wasn't that way. I actually had time to look at the vehicle I wanted to see and went inside to ask for a test drive when I was ready. This was really nice. I know why I came to the dealership, and I don't need to be talked into buying something. After I bought the truck I wanted Jennifer continued to keep in touch with me and make me feel appreciated. Thanks Jennifer!

This experience is like a scam movie with many facets.The beginning: I was on the search for a 2020 RAM longhorn edition. After searching for about a week I discovered a match at St Helens in Portland OR. I contacted them and was introduced to AmandaAfter dealing with them for a few days about the truck condition I flew from Denver to Portland. I have texts from them confirming the truck has no issues. From what I heard it sounded fantastic and seamless.Several players I interacted with: I was contacted initially by Amanda about the truck. I have several text messages from her stating that the truck was in great condition. Upon arrival to look at the RAM there were many scratches on the truck that should have been disclosed. How could she miss these scratches? There is not a reasonable explanation why someone would miss the scratches.I was contacted by Charlie. Charlie texted me starting everything was ok and good to go with t
