FPT has been a total game-changer for me and our 3 locations. I know it will likely help alleviate a lot of headaches other gym owners experience as well.
The one thing we always lacked was continuity across platforms. We used to use a RIDICULOUS number of different platforms, like:

As you can imagine, it was very confusing for staff and tedious for us to follow; our clients often fell through cracks; and communication broke down FAST… as we’d jump from one platform to another platform trying to figure stuff out.
We love our clients and are always looking for ways to better serve them and stay on top of them…..FPT does just that. It integrates with all our prior systems, so all communication lands in ONE spot and under the client’s profile AND no more copying and pasting…the clients are automatically generated into FPT and automatically sent a text message and email.. We can create campaigns for constant engagement as well.
I love that we can see (in a click) every piece of info that has been communicated to the client: emails, texts, pics, forms they have filled out, notes on phone calls, tasks that are assigned, tasks that have been complete, what promotion and/or membership they are on, and we can write notes on their profile with any relevant info we need the staff to be aware of to keep the clients happy and make sure their needs are met (and continue to be met). We can also email, text, and communicate ALL from the same screen and track conversation flow!
I also love that each employee has his/her own log in and assigned tasks with SMS, email, notes, calls, etc… I can track who did what and assign tasks that need follow up. I can assign tasks to my staff and they to each other. We have made tons of templates for emails and texts the we use continuously.
As a multilocation owner, this has made our whole lead funnel process and member retention process streamlined, easy to follow, easy to navigate, and easy to track! FPT has solved so many of our client retention issues, and this is just its beginning…IT’S STILL IN BETA. And.... if it is only in BETA and has already helped me dominate sooo much, you can only imagine what the future of this thing will look like!!! My team and I are so darned excited about it.
