Joan and the whole team were very good at keeping us up to date and gave great advice on marketing the property and balancing speed of sale vs maximising the value of the property. The sale of our home was entirely stress free - cannot give higher praise than that. We appointed Simpson & Marwick based on our first call with Joan as we liked her directness and ability to give her opinion. Joan offered advice and strong guidance along the way when needed. She was on top of every aspect of the sale and seemed to have a fantastic knowledge of the Edinburgh market. Joan was really helpful as we were not living at the property during the sale and so she was on hand to give keys for photographers/contractors etc etc. The process could not have been easier.

From producing high quality marketing material, arranging for the home report and thereafter providing viewing agents to “sell” the property to prospective buyers.
