As far as Electrical companies go Response would have to be the most Customer focussed company I know of. Greg is one of the most passionate individuals I have ever had he privilege to work with. A lot of companies of all types could learn from a lot from Greg and all the guys at response.

Mitch did a fantastic job off making sure my fit off was complete.. he did it safely and also put a lot off thought into how the house will function.. Mitch came along at a time when I was in a pickle where my last 3 electricians couldn’t complete the job in a timely manner.. he was very effective and constantly communicated to me in all instances..
I would highly recommend the response team and Mitch in particular..

We had a major issue with intermittent blackouts affecting a large complex of 20 houses. Kieran really went the extra mile to fault find what turned out to be multiple problems and get us back online before the heatwave.
Apart from resolving the problem, the thing that really stood out was the regular updates provided by Kieran, the accurate arrival times and an excellent cleanup - something that is quite rare these days.
Message to the boss - look after these employees...!
A small suggestion I will make, would be to provide some simple fold away gazebos to provide shade for employees working in the hot sun. You could even brand them with your company logos etc for extra exposure.
