Response Electrical really lived up to their name. They attended my property within 48 hours to scope & undertake works for me which weren't that urgent but they saved me a headache not having to wait! They guided me to a website to select new light fixtures & even offered to collect them for me, saving me time, money & another headache.
All work was neat & tidy & Maria in the office & Mitch the site electrician were very friendly, efficient & best of all were great communicators keeping me informed of what was happening while I was busy at work.
I would highly recommend Response Electrical for all your electrical needs!

He called ahead, talked me through the work and highlighted where the cost might vary from the quoted price before he arrived. He was on time, efficient and provided clear, helpful advice regarding my options once he'd inspected the site. Kieran completed the work efficiently, provided helpful recommendations and answered all my questions in a clear and considerate manner. His work and communication was excellent and I would definitely recommend him for any electrical work or advice needed for your home.

Had a 'major' electrical company come out. They send someone to quote on the job (fix two down lights). They weren't actually an electrican. The quote was $1300 for 'fault finding'. We rejected this and rang Response Electricans instead. David turned up and found the issue (a faulty dimmer switch) within 15 minutes. It was replaced efficiently and all cleaned up. There was no sign he'd even been there! Excellent service, excellent price. Would definately use again!
