Excellent service and product. Pete and Andrew arrived early and finished early. They did an amazing job and the garage floor looks fantastic. Mark, the owner, was very responsive to all of my questions and my wife’s concerns. The price he quoted was very good, and he even came in slightly under. We’re very happy we chose Garage Experts and highly recommend them to anyone interested in coating their garage floor.

Moved to the area and looking for an epoxy floor in the garage so I reached out to a few companies, for the most part the process was the same across a few so it came down to service and price. I selected Mark with GarageExperts as he answered the phone every time, was straightforward and offered a competitive price. His team showed up exactly as promised, being very mindful of the weather and dry times to ensure it came our properly. All done within a day and now the garage feels like a finished part of the house.

We shopped around for a business who could provide a high quality product that was affordable, installed with expertise, with someone who communicated effectively, showed up on time, and made themselves available for questions. We got all of those with Garage Experts of Charlotte. Mark and his team were so easy to work with, their work is installed quickly - but not in a way that felt rushed or installed improperly, they answered all of our questions, they were always on time, and happy to answer whatever questions we had. They also have an experienced partner to install overhead racks, which were a lifesaver for us. (Pro-tip: installing overhead racks first makes cleaning out your garage so much easier in preparation for the epoxy flooring). I highly recommend their business and work.

I first used Garage Experts of Charlotte in 2016 for my garage floor. Almost seven years later it’s still good as new. I just built a detached garage and had them back to do the concrete floor as well. It looks very nice and I’m glad I spent the extra money on a professional job vs a DIY option that won’t last. You won’t be disappointed.

Mark installed epoxy flooring in my rear screened in porch. At first we were extremely pleased with the way it turned out and got him 2 more jobs from our neighbors. After about 2 weeks we noticed a patch that seemed to be peeling and we contacted Mark and he told us when he was in the area he would let us know and stop by to repair it. He was in the area shortly after to do 2 jobs but never contacted us. We have called numerous times and were told he’d get back to us but never returned our call. Here we are over a year later and now our floor is peeling even more! This is no way to do business! He gave us a three year guarantee and has not kept his word! VERY DISAPPOINTED!
Edit- Mark responded the next day and sent a member of his team to check out the peeling. He came back yesterday and replaced the two damaged slabs and did an excellent job. We are, once again, very pleased! Thank you!

We have a new home, having recently moved from out of state. Mark kept in touch often before and during the process of epoxying two garage floors five days apart. The result looks remarkable; even areas partly hidden by stairways leading down into the garage were taken care of perfectly. I really can't say enough about how pleased my wife and I are with the work that was performed and the work ethic.

I learned of Garage Experts from my neighbor who had their garage renovated by them. They were extremely pleased with the product and service they received. I also chose Garage Experts and was thrilled with the level of service I received. My garage floor had some challenges as it was a little rough in a number of spots. The Garage Experts team worked to make the flooring smooth, but when they finished the job they were not pleased that it met their "standards". They decided to basically start over and redid the entire garage a second time. It is now perfect and I could not be happier with the result, or their dedication to getting it done right. I would recommend this company and their team to anyone that wants to have a state of the art garage flooring system in place.

Mark and team did a great job in installing an epoxy flooring on my new garage (new home). I've used Garage Experts before and wanted this done before moving in. Worked with Mark to get a quote with a competitive price, they were very responsive, fit it right into my schedule, got the work done even when I wasn't there, cleaned up completely and left with an outstanding floor that should last for many years. Looks great! Highly recommend.
