You get what you pay for, but contrary to some other reviews read, for us (backpackers) this was a lovely stay at the end of our Fiji vacation and no complaints from us. When we were here, there weren't many guests, which made for a quiet and relaxed one last day. Don't expect top-notch facilities and catering if you pay peanuts compared to other accommodations in Nadi.
The room (pool view second floor) was clean, the bed was very good, quick hot water in a good shower. The warm (yellow) bed lights are a plus, contrary to some other places using TL lights. The pool (there's only one though) isn't that big, but good enough to cool down and dry up on one of the many sun loungers. We ate two dinners, one lunch and one breakfast and also that was very good. Although the complimentary breakfast isn't that big (no eggs), it's sufficient. There was fresh fruits, freshly brewed coffee or tea, toast bread, jam, some cake. And although not all lunch and dinner a-la-carte-choices were available, what we ate was delicious.
The location is indeed far off any other sight or restaurant and therefore practically only reachable by taxi, so take that into account if you're plan activities.
