Last Friday, we had an OA tubing trip! Leaders Kelly and Julie took participants to Ski Ward Resort in Shrewsbury, Ma. They enjoyed hot cocoa and tubing under the stars! ❄️

Last Saturday, leaders Colin and Max led a trip to Mt. Watatic. They hiked and snowshoed through the deep snow! 🌲🥾

Last weekend we had two more cross country ski trips! This has been our most popular activity this semester. Leaders Colin and Billy took participants to Weston Ski Track. Thomas and Andrew led a trip to Great Brook Farm State Park!🎿❄️

Last Sunday, Claire and Kate brought participants to Blue Hills Reservation! They did the 5-mile skyline loop, hiking through beautiful trees and deep snow.

Last weekend, leaders Claire, Caroline, Kelly, and Julie led a joint trip to Weston ski track! They cross country skied and enjoyed beautiful scenery. If you’re interested in cross country skiing, we have multiple trips going out in February to the same and other locations. This is a great opportunity to get outdoors and try something new! ⛷️🌲❄️
Come join us for Women and Nonbinary Climb Night! Weekly, Thursdays from 5-7, the rock wall will be open specifically for our women and nonbinary climbers to foster community and connection! See you there!! 🧗‍♂️🏞️

Over the long weekend, OA trip leaders went on the first annual Co-Op Retreat. Leaders enjoyed skiing, snow, and a rustic cabin deep in the White Mountains!

Our last abroad takeover for the fall is from Claire Swanby, who spent last semester in Paris! Hi everyone!! My name is Claire Swanby and I am a philosophy major who studied abroad at La Sorbonne in Paris. When I wasn’t studying, I was exploring! I took trips to the south of France to explore the breathtaking national park of the Calanques, and to the château and forest of Fontainebleau to enjoy the fall colors! I had an amazing time on my adventures in France and in Europe. I’m excited for the upcoming semester in OA!
