NEOLab has a long standing history in the orthodontic world - maybe even longer than you realize! Throughout our 45 years in the industry, we've come a long way. . 1976 - January 1st, the inaugural day of New England Orthodontic Lab! 1979 - A regional NEOLab secures its first building in Winchester, MA, and gains its first employee. 1987 - Our first build-out in Arlington, MA! 1993 - It's a second build-out in Woburn, with a dozen employees now calling NEOLab home. 2001 - It's a new millenia, with a new important team member - Christian! 2005 - We make the move to Wilmington, MA with 20 employees. During the years Ballardvalle was our home, it received a custom build-out and an addition of another 5,000 square feet. 2018 - We make the biggest move yet to Andover. With more than 30,000 square feet, and another 9,000 acquired shortly after moving in, Andover is home to more than 125 technicians and 18 3D printers. We're still here today! 2019 - RX Wizard gets a MAJOR facelift, and begins to run all NEOLab operations. RX Wizard is a NEOLab Team MVP! . 2023 - Automation takes center stage at NEOLab! After spending the years through the pandemic learning about how automation can help manage our time and resoures more efficiently, we began to implement automatic solutions for data entry, 3D printing, production, and more. Plus, with new technology like bending machines and SLS / 3D metal printers, we can make automated workflows come to life even faster! In 2023, several key pieces of automated equipment joined the NEOLab Team.
