You may be seeing templates that have a disabled icon, or that are missing previously saved information. If you have a disabled template, you can create a new template with your preferred features, and resume submitting cases as usual. If you have a usable template that is missing information, you are able to simply reselect these fields and submit as usual. We realize that this disruption in your saved designs is an inconvenience, and appreciate your patience while we resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
