Always delicious! Try the edamame dumplings, the Asian bowl, pizza, and basically everything on the menu.
Food feels fresh and clean, but has an abundance of sauce/seasoning that makes it taste great!
Large indoor seating, with option to sit outside as well.

Healthy, clean environment connected to Boca Mall. If you’re out shopping at the mall or just driving down Glades Road this is a very healthy option to eat. The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable of the menu. This is my first time here. Menu had excellent health choices. Presentation and delivery of food was excellent. Tasted great and also enjoyed the Decour of the restaurant. A nice healthy option.

True Food Kitchen serves healthy sustainable food for conscious eaters. I had the salmon. It was delicious and perfectly cooked. For those that like their food on the warmer side, ask if your dish could be served warmer as mine was room temperature. I loved my tea and my server was enchanting, I loved the location inside the Town Center Mall, Boca Raton.

I had an amazing experience at this restaurant. From the hostess to the atmosphere and the amazing food. The location is really nice and the atmosphere is very open and airy. I sat at the bar, where a few of the regulars let me know that everything on the menu is good. I had an amazing soup and the most spectacular pizza/flatbread ever. At first bite you can tell everything is fresh and made to order. Sitting at the bar, you see it firsthand. I enjoyed the food, the service, and the atmosphere. Will definitely be back.

Delicious turkey burger on flaxseed bun! Everything tastes so fresh - even the cheese on the burger is smooth and with great flavor (unlike some places where cheese becomes rubbery and hard when it starts cooling). I didn't realize this restaurant was started by health guru Dr. Andrew Weil, and that Oprah was an investor. Makes sense why it's so up my alley!
