Great restaurant located in Town Center Mall, Boca Raton, FL. Very modern and good looking and as a bonus, has an outdoor eating area, large and comfortable and also smartly designed. This does not look like an after opening "add on" many restaurants do. Sitting in it you feel like it is a vital part of the restaurant, which it is. The weather in Boca allows you to eat outside most days of the year. I did. The outdoor area takes nothing away from the beautiful interior of the restaurant. The food offerings at True Food are very health oriented and top quality. A host of very healthy foods, from starters to salads and deserts are available. You won't find soda or "pop" here. They have healthy drinks I never experienced before including 2 special lemonades made with unique, healthy ingredients foreign to me. I chose to go with a custom, more normal lemonade with a small dash of a syrup I never heard either, but helped make a wonderful drink normally - better. There's a host of other healthy drinks too. Cocktails are also offered. True is not a vegetarian restaurant. Anyone's palate can be more than satisfied. My wife hade a great turkey burger and I had a salad that was a one of a kind. In fact it's too difficult to remember all in it. I suggest looking their menu online before going. I think the majority of you will find something you like. Try something new. I assure you it will be exciting and taste great. The staff was wonderful and knew about every offering, so any questions - just ask them In summation this is a restaurant to visit. I went back a 2nd time before leaving for South Carolinan my home.
