I really like this place, the entree plates are very unique and delicious. The forbidden black rice served in a lot of dishes is something else, highly recommended. It is on the pricey side if you go for the entrees but it is definitely worth it.

His positive energy and genuine smile made the whole meal even more enjoyable. All around great experience! So many food options to choose from, felt like I could have ordered the whole menu. The lasagna was amazing and so was the ancient grains bowl. Kamara and the manager Jalayna were both so attentive and checked on us multiple times. 10/10. Can’t wait to go back

My family and I have visited multiple True Food Kitchens. This one was great as well. Located in the mall, we all enjoyed our meals, including the children. The staff is friendly and helpful. We were seated right away. The restaurant is clean. Parking is at the mall so takes so time to find a spot but nothing crazy.

By far one of my favorite go to places for either lunch or dinner. The food is always fresh and consistent. I look forward to the changing menu every season and it does not disappoint. The hummus appetizer, Seabass and Korean steak with black rice my top favorites. Highly recommend this restaurant for casual or business dining.

Tru Food Kitchen is in a league of its own for healthy casual food. The Hummus dish with ample olives, onions and feta cheese are delicious, the veggie/bean burger with kale salad and all menu items are fresh, and delicious. I truly wish they would expand to other parts of the country! If you feel like a healthy, low key meal, Tru Food is the place!

I debated back and forth after reading the reviews on this place about ordering.
I am so glad I decided to try myself. Justin who answered the phone and my questions was extremely thorough and didn't rush me off the phone. Then I received my food. I ordered the grassfed meat, kale side salad and shrimp.
Well it was all extremely delicious. I only eat grass fed at this moment and was pleasantly surprised I found this on the menu without sides!

Great comfortable space and outdoor seating options to accommodate anyone. The food was fresh and tastes amazing. They offer a wide variety of flavors and options to please vegan and vegetarian options!
