I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for the wonderful dining experience my family and I had at your restaurant on Mother's Day. The combination of delectable dishes, refreshing beverages, and the invigorating ambiance truly made it a memorable occasion.
We started our brunch adventure by indulging in the Strawberry Quinoa Pancakes. Although the portion of fresh strawberries was slightly limited, the pancakes themselves were flawlessly cooked, offering a delightful blend of flavors and textures. The accompanying Two Egg Breakfast and Breakfast Tacos were equally delicious, and the ingredients used were undeniably fresh and of the highest quality.
Speaking of beverages, the Dragonfruit Lemonade was a definite standout. Its vibrant pink color, coupled with the invigorating taste, made it a refreshing and delightful companion to our meal. We couldn't get enough of it!
One aspect of our visit that I feel deserves some constructive criticism is the time it took to receive our entrees. While we thoroughly enjoyed the flavors and presentation of our dishes, the delay in their arrival did test our patience. However, I would like to emphasize that the exceptional quality of the food ultimately overshadowed this minor setback.
The ambiance at True Food Kitchen perfectly complements the menu. The fresh and modern atmosphere exudes a sense of tranquility, making it an ideal setting for a leisurely brunch. We appreciated the comfortable seating arrangements and the friendly, attentive service provided by your staff, who ensured that we felt welcomed throughout our entire visit.
Overall, our experience at True Food Kitchen was nothing short of delightful. On a recent visit with a group of six for Mother's Day, everyone was delighted with their meals. The standout dish was undoubtedly the Quinoa Strawberry Pancakes. They were perfectly fluffy, with just the right amount of sweetness, and the fresh strawberries were a delightful touch.
Another dish that impressed was the Kale Cobb Salad. It was a hearty and satisfying mix of roasted peppers, grilled shrimp creamy avocado, and feta, all atop a bed of fresh kale. The combination of flavors and textures was simply divine.
But really, every dish we tried was a winner. The ingredients were fresh and flavorful, and the presentation was beautiful. We also appreciated the wide range of options for different dietary needs, from vegan to gluten-free.
Overall, True Food Kitchen is a must-visit restaurant for anyone looking for healthy, delicious food that's sure to please everyone. This restaurant is excellent. The food is always good and fresh. I love how there’s many healthy options. Everything is very tasty. The chicken mozzarella panini is mouth watering delicious! I recommend getting it with the side of a half sweet potato, half kale. also, the music is very chill.

3 months ago, I gave this location a 1 star review due to poor service and poor food quality. I decided to come back and give them another try after hearing about the management improving. I have now deleted my negative review and now here to write a positive one. I do believe everyone deserves a second chance and I must say I am impressed with the changes of this establishment. Christian the assistant manager, was very personable and attentive all patrons. Food quality was more than excellent, our waitress was attentive, host remembered us and greeted us, and the assistant manager was very outgoing. From walking in the door to leaving was an enjoyable experience. Great job!

The food is amazing and while we came during a shift change, Christian, the Manager, and our waiter, Preston, really made our experience great and made it a wonderful dinner for my family. They were great. Thank you. Oh, and did I mention the food was amazing? ;-)

We had the chopped salad , the herbed hummus and the chicken sausage pizza were delicious. Food is fresh and healthy. Our waitress Annalise and the manager Kurt were very pleasant. Go and try it. The menu is quite varied!

I really enjoy the food here. I appreciate they have a rotating menu with different options for the seasons. My kids love it here as well. The crust of the cheese pizza is so good they must use some fancy wheat. The cocktail menu is always exciting with delicious and refreshing options. During the winter they had an adaptogen hot toddy. It is a bit pricier though the food quality is really good so it’s right on the edge of value for the money.

Absolutely fabulous experience! Davaskar was our server today - he was so helpful, with the right attitude, and pleasant personality! He answered every question we had in a concise and very understandable manner. He was courteous and made sure we had good experience! What a sport! Excellent communication skills, wonderful body language, and sweet demeanor. All food came out exactly how we ordered.
Mind you, we dine at True Food Kitchen quite often. This is not always the service we get, so we have points of comparison.
The food was good, fresh, and tasty.
Location is absolutely fabulous at the main entrance of Town Center. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Interior is very well appointed - with lush greens all around. Although, they are all artificial, but nevertheless!
