I’m so over this place. Waited 15 minutes after being seated and had to go to front to even ask for a water. Dinner finally came out and a Turkey burger served RAW and taken back to the kitchen, barely saw server. It wasn’t busy, continually bad service eat time I go and only gets worse.

went there yesterday ordered hummus it was not fresh cold as hell must have come out of freezer the pita also cold bar person got me a ice tea never offered or asked if wanted sweetener. asked for more pita never came then to crown it off the sever on a $15 bill gave me back a $5 dollar bill hoping i would leave it 25% for bad service and food place is headed the wrong way it shows in the rest a lot quieter

Service was ridiculously bad. Food was cold. Ultimately we left and they did not charge us citing issues they were having. Whatever it was we aren’t returning.

Something seriously wrong with this kitchen. I ordered delivery, and food was totally burnt down. I didn't notice right away, grains were dark color and I thought the smoke smell was from grilled veggies, so I ate some and got sick stomach. Portion were really small (probably they burnt the rest), highly overpriced fish was dry and tasteless. Hummus was so sour, like they tried to hide it's not fresh anymore. Disgusting experience.

I’ve been here about a dozen times and shocked by recent service. It took 30 mins to get just water. Water. 30 minutes. And I had to ask the waiter for water, she didn’t even bring it as a courtesy. Something is really wrong with training staff here. The owner should really invest in a process improvement / workflow analysis. Saw a ton of inefficiencies in how the staff operated that left less than desired service. It’s a shame because service like this could put a place out of business. I read another review that said this place is too expensive to not be good and I wholeheartedly agree.

I had beef tacos. I should have asked how many tacos and what type of meat i get for $20. Not only do i think i got ripped off from the amount of food but the beef was so so so tough because i think it was either flank or sirloin. My GF had a kale salad with tofu. The salad was the most plane salad ever. Had absolutely no taste. Also a waste of $15 more. Not coming back. Service was ok though.

I am only writing this review because my mother refuses to; a few weeks ago my mother came here for lunch. She said the food was okay, and her server was okay. She gave him a cash tip and paid the bill on her credit card. Fast forward to a few days ago, my mother was reviewing her bank statement and noticed there was an extra charge from this restaurant. She called and spoke to the manager... the manager told my mother that the server did charge a $5 tip without her authorization and the manager refunded her the $5. I have no problem with what the manager did, they handled it appropriately. I’m only writing this review to let others know to check their bank statements and receipts, in case they were charged extra too. Unauthorized charges like this don’t happen just once. I’m positive my mother wasn’t the first but I’m hoping she will be the last. And I just read a couple of other reviews that this happened to. I’m sure it’s not the owner, but something needs to be done about the servers.

**FRAUD** Check your credit card statement! They charged me a gratuity of what they wish in the end. I just found out when I got my credit card statement. It's AGAINST THE LAW to charge me a different amount than my SIGNED RECEIPT. I already called the bank to open a dispute. By the way, they messed up my order, and took them 20 minutes to bring the correct side dish, until then I have already finished my entree. They never apologized or tried to make it right. I don't know her name, but the waitress with full arm tattoos was totally unprofessional and didn't care for us. Food was mediocre, as well. It was a not-so-busy Sunday afternoon, on June 16. There's no excuse for this.

I was there last wednesday 01/23 for my birthday and asked the waiter for a suggestion on something that wasnt spicy because i cant eat anything spicy she recommended me a bowl and i added shrimp, the food was dropped and i started eating and it was very spicy for me i finished my drink and only ate the shrimp because the rest was so spicy !! She came when we were done with the food and i told her that i couldnt eat my food because it was so spicy she was like awww im sorry but didnt offer anything ! My boyfriend felt so bad cuz it was my birthday and finished the food but i was still hungry and had to go inside the mall and buy myself a smoothie ! So disappointed i work at the mall and saw when the place opened and was very excited to go ! But with this terrible service i wouldnt want to come back .. do not recommend !!

Vegans Beware! On Thursday, Dec 27th, 2018, I ordered the Teriyaki Quinoa Bowl and found a piece of chicken in my meal! Not a single person at my table ordered chicken or the same dish. I have no idea how this could have happened. On this occasion, this restaurant was a travesty of a restaurant that openly professes to cater to flexitarians, vegetarians and vegans. The manager and I had a mutually respectful talk. He apologized, deducted the dish from our bill and asked if I would like to order something else. I declined; I lost complete trust in their kitchen. I will not return.

The fish tacos were lukewarm... they we're not palatable. I would not recommend the restaurant. My friend had the Pad Thai and it was too spicy. Now I have to call them because they are charging my debit card twice for our meal. Bad service!
