My tires were not rotated.
I know because I have each tire marked & they were in the same spot as when I took it in.

Took my 2024 Malibu in for its first oil change they rotated tires and scratched all the rims I understand this may happen but It shouldnt happen feel they should be more cautious. I have a brand new car that now has scratched rims very disappointing. The service that is next door did the same thing to my husband's truck rims. We try our best to keep our vehicles in prestige condition and you wouldn't think sending it in for service it would come out damaged.

I felt like no communication was made. I dropped car off, they said 4-5 days. I called 3 times and was just transfered to voicemail. I finally drove there to get answers. Not happy
