People were great! Very helpful and friendly. When picking up my vehicle I noticed a rather deep scratch where my vehicle had body work done to it. I walked back into the office and showed them the problem. They were very apologetic and promised to fix this issue as soon as they could. My only complaint is they should’ve properly checked the vehicle over upon pickup. The scratch is very noticeable and couldn’t have been missed if they had inspected it before releasing it to me. My other issue is there was no loaner vehicle for me to take while my vehicle was going to be prepared. Both of my kids are very involved in after school sports where my wife and I are constantly taxing them to practices and sporting events. We also live in Fairport where bringing the vehicle back to pick up a loaner and then return the loaner and pick up my vehicle is pretty intrusive to our current lifestyle. I am now driving around with a repaired door that has a deep scratch in it.

Staff was great, service was quick. Only reason I changed to 3 stars I missed my free first oil change by a month. Why would you put a time restriction on the first oil change?

Wait time was very good, however this was the second time I had black scuff marks on drivers seat. Both on the seat and back of drivers seat. I brought this to the service managers attention at the time. He apologized and told me the next time I need service it was on them.

I would say overall my experience was poor. When i got to the front desk at 8:00 am on a Saturday morning, i told the front desk lady i was there for an oil change. She then proceeded to tell me I was not in the book for that day. I still was able to get my oil changed and was out of there before the hour mark, but the way i was greeted when I went to check in did not sit well with me. A similar situation happened to me the last time I brought my vehicle there for the same service. I checked im and told the same front desk lady I was there for an oil change. The same thing happened then, i was told i was not in their book for that day, i thought this had to do with the switch on ownership from farnsworth to garber. I do live on the west side of Rochester but purchased my vehicle from Farnsworth ao have made the effort to have my vehicle serviced there just to maintain the relationship. I will say that considering how my last two experiences have been, i’m not sure I will be making the trip to have my vehicle serviced. I have been helped the past two times when i brought my vehicle in for service which I am very appreciative of but I would prefer next time to not to be made to feel like I’m an inconvenience because someone forgot to put my name or appointment down in the book.

RF collision did an excellent job fixing my truck paining it and fixing the rust spots and scratches the only problem is want to come time to pick it up one of the managers name Kevin try pulling a fast one on us then to top it off I had a speed turtle in my truck that come up missing I have looked all over the place for and I cannot find it and they have not done anything about it yet
