My experience with this law group has not been so great. I had to deal with a lot of attitudes and excuses in the beginning. The customer service experience has been awful. Also no one is ever in the same page. One person would tell you one thing and another person would tell.you something else. Now that I'm dealing with just the lawyer and her staff my experience has been a lot better. My lawyer and her staff are very professional.

Throughout my case process I didn't feel I received the correspondence I should have from the firm. I've never had dealings with a firm so I was unaware of the process. Anytime I wanted a status update I had to call or email. The firm should be more attentive to clients no matter the size of the case and stay in contact with the client throughout the process.

I don't even know where to start. I wouldn't put to much stalk into the stars if I came into this with the mindset of being treated like royalty I'd have more of an issue with this firm but I'm a realist and I know eberstein and witherite is a business, they have families to take care of as well and we're just a part of that revolving door. As for specifics everything has went as I pretty much expected.In the beginning as I new client they were fairly tentative, they set up several appts for me basically to get estimates which if you want more money on the back in is smart i suppose. Now after you've completed all your treatments you pretty much turn into a number, the phone calls become more rare. Its literally going on 2 months since I've heard from anyone regarding my case which wouldn't be a problem if I myself didn't reach out to them and not getting a response or call back. Transparency is big to me and I'm sure now that this review has been written I'll receive a update. If you're hiring them because you listen to the radio ads and believe you'll get the royal treatment lower your expectations and remember you're not their only client by far and you will be treated as such. Do not plan for money that you haven't received is the best advice I can give because I can assure you this is not a quick process at all I'm going on month 8 as I type. In their defense tho I'm pretty positive every law firm is the same, picture them as politicans they say all the right things in the beginning but rather you're satisfied once you hire them will be a case by case basis.

Might would use again. Somewhat helpful through the whole process, but felt rushed during recovery process to settle. Then I had to write a review of them in office while the lady sat next to me... awkward!!

I was recently involved in a car accident on cinco de mayo of this year by some drivers that had been drinking. A friend suggested E&W and i decided to give them a try. I've never used a lawyer before nor did understand how this would go i just wanted to get my life back together. The investigator came the next day after i called for E&W. He just asked questions about my case and asked me to sign paperwork. After that, therapist and chiropractors were scheduled through E&W. Until a couple of weeks ago a limit halted all progress and now my case is closing. During the accident, lawyers, property settlements, medical treatments and etc, my livelyhood was in the process of jeopardy and now i'm' homeless waiting a closed case result. My lawyer i only heard from once but the team manger or lead I heard from every 2 weeks, sometimes every Friday to get an update on progress or only when i would write 2 or 3 emails or phone calls. Lke i mentioned i'm new to this. I'ma very independent person but when you go homeless what do you think or how do you react. I've seen the reviews and trusted faith and patience but i really don't know what to think or say honestly. Different strokes for different folks. Really do your homework when hiring a law firm. Don't have high expectations and please be very, very patient if you hire any lawyers. Have a savings some where to take care of yourself and your family. So far all I can say about E&W is what you're reading and my case is still pending.

It was ok nice people. Gave wrong info and did not help with transportation as stated they would. Didn't seem to care to much, but wanted the money. There were a few people who took their job serious. I thank them.

Realy Quick Words of Advice
1. The process will take at least a year. AT LEAST
2. You get better results from them if you go to the office. Calling over the phone will get you nowhere.
3. It will seem like they are playing a waiting game with the paperwork. (submitting it to the insurance company who will be responsible)
I did get the settlement amount I wanted with a little extra on top. It just took a while. I could have gotten more but I needed the money to pay off school. I didn't have another year to wait.
I would rate them a 3.8 on a 5 scale. Not bad.

I was really hoping to have a positive experience, unfortunately that has not been the case. Very informative in the beginning and I'm thankful for the medical treatment I was given, but the lack of communication is just a deal breaker for me. I haven't received a call in months and 7 months later I still don't know what's going on. I hope to never have another car wreck again, but if I do I definitely won't be using them again.

Did not have a great experience. Listened to the radio ad and thought they would be great. I wasn’t informed of anything during the process. Was switched around to different lawyers or paralegals. Then was told to accept offer or find someone else to represent me. Very unprofessional and regret using them. Nothing is resolved and the only thing he was worried about was sending the “lean” for them representing me but didn’t do anything.

My sister got into a very horrible accident almost lost her life. She has scars a totaled car. They said if they couldn’t win they’d help her with her medical bills but couldn’t even get her the money the car was worth. They dropped her case and had nothing to do with her. She has to live with back pain for the rest of her life for something that wasn’t her fault. We suggested this firm to her because we heard good reviews but that was a big mistake. Don’t bother getting with this firm they are the worse.
