I was in a wreck back in April and it was the other car in the wrong their insurance company settle and to top it off my insurance company settled also to make thing worse the lawyer that suppose to handling my case said there was a lean on my check when I asked why he said that the hospital were I was treated at said that I still have a bill with them. So I said it has nothing to do with what I was there for that day so the only thing they should be paid for is the day of the wreck an that’s it he never called me back after I told him that I’ve had credit report working on my account and ever time I call he always has a new line to tell me now he just don’t take my calls right to voicemail because I got a big payout his holding out for a bigger bonus I will never recommend this law firm to anyone my next step is to call better Business bureau

I had my wreck back in April. A friend referred me to this company and all I can say is that I never here from anyone unless I reach out to them. I had a lady demitria working on my case. She never did anything but talk smart to me when I called and told me I would have to start paying my own medical bills until they settle. I didn't hear from her again for about a month or so. Finally I called and a lady named Brittney said she would be working on my case because demitria no longer worked for them.. That was late September and now I talk to her today I'm still waiting for my case to be settled. I'm just going to say I have had an accident before and I have never had this experience. I gave a one star because you never hear from anyone unless you call and keep calling. I don't know if I will ever use this law firm again.

Very upset with this Law Firm. A year into my case, I received a call stating that they could no longer represent me, because they hired the person that we were going against. This law firm was well aware who this person was. The stress caused by a Law Firm change, at this point in my case is unthinkable. I did not even get an apology from my attorney or any sympathy to say the least.

In November 2020, I was involved in a car accident. The person who hit me was at fault. I decided to go with this law firm because I was told that they were the best. However, I am not having a good experience at all. It’s been 11 months now and 3 different lawyers have been assigned to my case. When I finally hear back from someone, they’ll say “Oh this person longer works for the company.” None of them are easy to get in contact with. I stopped therapy in February, it is November and I don’t know what’s going on with the case. I don’t know if the insurance company has paid any of my medical bills. The only time you’ll really talk to someone is when they know they’re about to get your business. Once you sign documents to start the process, they become almost impossible to contact. I’ve asked for copies of documents just to keep for my record and I have followed up multiple times to see what is going on and what’s the next step of the process. Very unprofessional.

No one has communicated with me and I've left several emails and voicemail to ask if they would just let me know what is going on. I've to stop going to my physical therapist because I feel ill be stuck with bills and no way to pay them. Not a good experience and I was referred by a family friend. Never been through anything like this so I'm at a lost of what is the usual way. Not good for me. Still in pain and afraid to move forward.

Taking too long and was told that the lawyers would get me more money but thats a lie. Don't ever use them and I will never use them again. I'm not very happy at all with this whole thing. Its been a year since I started the law suit and its still not over.

I had my car accident the first of the year. I had to get my own police report as well as medical bill. I called more then I can count even had it in my notes for someone to reach out to me every other Friday that has yet to happen. After speaking with my lawyer about the policy in Texas was given one number then find out the person that hit me policy was more then it needed to be. I have sustain lifelong injuries and it seems like they’re only out for money for themselves I have a $50,000 policy you’re telling me I can walk away with $10,000. I wouldn’t Suggest this law firm to anyone they say they care about their clients they don’t they’re there to help in anyway they can they’re not I try to obtain another law firm after I was unhappy with them before we got to this process and was told I still will be liable for 33% legal fees that was before they even got my hospital records I’m very unhappy with this law firm speaking from experience I’ll never returned to them if anything was to happen again and I will tell all my friends and family likewise. My 11-year-old daughter was in the car as well. I’m not understanding how this is acceptable by any means and I did reach out to another law firm to see if this was justified or if it was accurate and I was told no it was not and I’m still waiting on answers.

In response to the reply, yes they have been working on the case ONLY since I posted this review. The new case manager Yolanda has been somewhat informative now that Daisy should probably find a new job as this may not be for her. I'll let you know how it goes with this new group once it's all said and done.

Worst experience ever! If you're not in a truck wreck you are not a priority. Emails go unanswered, calls are not returned, and no one can offer any valuable information! If you want the run around then Witherite is the firm for you. If you except professional service look else where. 3 years and counting still no resolution!

I had a Lawyer and I should’ve deal with my lawyer. What a regret! My case lawyer has been changed 3 times, without any notification from the new case lawyer. Jennifer was my first and she was doing an amazing job... now, I’m not even aware of any update with my case! Neither do I know my new case lawyer, what a joke! The manager/supervisor won’t even call me back.This is ridiculous! The radio ads are convincing but nah, they’re just phony

Staff was horrible. She tells lies about taking any car accident cases. They only take you if they gonna know they'll win. And it has to be a huge wreck.

I had the worst experience with Eberstein & Witherite. The staff was super friendly, helpful & very professional. But they did not work to get me the best amount they could get. I definitely feel like I was taken advantage of. I would not recommend them to anyone.

This is the worst company ever to have represent you. They do not abide by their contracts. They take all your money and not only that they say you get your settlement check within 10-15 days. They have yet to contact me I have been waiting a year for a settlement alone and I have even tried to met with Amy but somehow she is always busy ! Do not trust this company represent yourself ! They will take everything you went through with your accident!

If I could give these people NO stars I would! Lead my wife and I on for two whole years going to the doctors & chiropractors and appointments at their office just racking up bills upon bills just so that at the end they could boot us out with a drop letter mailed to us because they didn’t even have the decency to answer one of our many calls instead we just received a letter stating they had released us from their contract. Such a waste of time , so much money down the drain so many lies just being lead on they are in it for just the money they do not take small cases that don’t pay out big money ! No one ever answers the phones no one ever reached out to you. These “lawyers” dragged on my case for two years and throughout those two years they only reached out to us may 3 times . The advertising on the radio is a scam . If it doesn’t benefit them financially they will drop you without you even knowing until you get hit with that unexpected drop letter! Worst experience ever!

This place is absolutely horrible should’ve just chose a different law firm. No one ever returns contact! Been trying to get answers for months! If I could give ZERO stars I’d definitely do that. It’s very clear this place doesn’t give a care about their clients. Would NOT recommend, will NEVER use these people again.

My experience with them has been horrible. No one calls back and my lawyer simply acted as if she didn't even take my case serious. The advertisement on the radio doesn't tell you how twisted this company is. Wish i never called them. Will make sure to let others know, how unprofessional this company really is.
& Amy stop commenting underneath my stuff when YOU or YOUR company never answers the call! clearly you have no idea about my case clearly. None of your lawyers have done their jobs. I won my case through my insurance with no help of yours or your lazy attorneys. So if you cant call back or answer any of my questions. STAY OFF MY REVIEW!

This has really been an experience! I believe in the radio ads how this firm cares about their "people" and how they are taking care of. That has not been the case for me. I called this firm while I was still in the vehicle after the accident on 09/09/19. I have yet to speak to my so called attorney and my case manager wont return my calls, well I'll say not in the same day. I've file bankruptcy since this accident happened. It has really took its toll on my family. We've been evicted, and I have told my case manager about this and it seems their more concerned about me going to therapy than having somewhere to live...its the larger cases that matter huh!

I listen to DD in the morning everyday. So when my partner recently had a car accident the car rear ended her car my first response lets contact Everstine and Witherite they accept any cases. Well i called and they stated they’re not taking any cases of mine didn’t explain they just referred me to someone else. So I’m thinking I thought they take any cases but they really don’t I just didn’t like the service it made me feel like my case wasn’t good enough for Everstine and Whiterite and I felt rejected I thought they would help me and they did it I don’t know if my case wasn’t enough money to win or they just really didn’t want to handle my case.
