I was driving down 208th with EXPIRED INSURANCE as the renewal letter sent by ICBC months prior had slipped my mind. Thankfully Daryl Deans from Allwest Insurance was driving behind me as he noticed my plates, got out of his car at a stop light to approach my door, hand me his card and let me know of my mistake. Within 3 hours I he'd been to my place of work and renewed my insurance for the year! He'll even contact me in 12 months to avoid the same mistake I'd more than likely make again. Top notch service, thanks again Daryl & Allwest Insurance Langley!!

What we have always found most helpful is the mobile service they provide.
The office always calls to remind us when our insurance is about to expire which is great cause I always tend to forget year to year.
Last time I dropped by the office to renew and in the pouring rain the agent even went out to put on my new sticker as it expired that night! Nice...

I have been using Allwest west for years now. Kali and her staff are extremely helpful. No Matter if it is the car, boat,trailer, house or business insurance thet have been able to make it easy. Since I am Always on the road working, I cant make it into the office all the time to renew my policies. Them having a mobile delivery service makes it that much easier for me, Daryl Comes right to my job sites so i can get all the papers signed.
