I used the BC autorenew option on this location. Agent says it will take awhile before someone responds to the email. So, I still have to come to their office to renew my insurance. Just a warning if you’re choosing to try this option, you still have to call them for a follow up. A bit disappointing. Otherwise, agents are friendly.

This girl doesnt smile or act friendly. She just asks question and give answers like she is shooting at you. She doesnt give you eye contact or respect.

Girl named Alyssa with long nails and fake lashes was extremely rude to me. She talked to me very rudely i had some questions about my car insurance and business insurance. I called numerous times and she always had the same attitude. I hope the manager look into this. The way she talked felt like she was racist too. Found her yelling at her coworkers too like a manger. This girl needs her lesson

They steal your money. Then they defend themselves, please if anyone is dealing with this company... don’t, you 100% will regret it. I asked the representative on the phone and plainly asked “is this your only branch”? Straight up said “yes”. He lied.. for what reason; I still don’t know.
