One of your CSR Seeta Gill helped me a couple days ago with my car insurance. I sent her an email regarding the insurance of my other car and she described me as "It is clearly that you were lying to save money and dishonest" without completely figuring out the whole situation. The agency helped me with my other car was fully aware my situation but did not point out that my wife was not fully covered. Seeta's service was fine but she acted surprisingly rude and unprofessional in her email. I don't know if this is your company's strategy to give clients pressure to buy insurance or what. This is unacceptable and you need to stop doing so.

They refused to correct their own mistake! Went in to get a typographical error fixed (name was copied wrong from a passport) on a legal document that they produced the previous week, only to be told that I needed to pay them the fee again, otherwise changes were "impossible". The clerk at the front also tried to blame me for "not checking their work"... so what exactly am I paying them for?
At least the (what I presume was the) friendly manager made an effort to explain herself - still an unacceptable level of service though. I do not recommend AllWest - they clearly have passport reading comprehension issues...

Worst hours then any other insurance place I've ever gone to. And they don't have their hours posted on their door!
Staff are pretty rude too.
