This was probably the best experience with a gate company we've had in the 21 years we've lived here. He was very knowledgeable.
We were told by another company we would have to dig up our drive way to fix the sensor to let drivers out. Joel had it fixed in less than 30 minutes. I recommend this company 100 percent! Thank you Tiptop Door and Gate!

I would love to recommend Tip Top door and Gate service to anyone in need of an emergency repair. They were very prompt, I needed my garage door replaced, without hesitation Joel an expert technician came out and provided superior service. He was able to complete the job in no time. He was very helpful and knowledgeable in his craft. The pricing was affordable and better then fair. I can't thank them enough for doing such fine work . I highly recommend their services, the customer service was outstanding.

What's worse than your garage door going on the fritz? At night? With the car IN the garage? It's pretty bad. But this company came through and rescued me from certain tossing and turning all night. Joel answered the "Help!" text, got here and to work in a hurry and I have a very cool new garage door opener! Seriously, it will change my life!

Joel was the technician they sent at 9:30 at night. My garage door was opening and closing on its own. Called the office at 8:30 pm and the technician was here an hour later. Joel was very knowledgeable and addressed the issue that was the most cost effective for me. He replaced one of the garage door remote controls, that was pretty old, and said to give it a few days to see if that fixed the problem. It did fix it and it only cost me the price of the remote and service call. No upselling, which I know tells you a lot about a company. If you have any issues with your garage door do not call anyone else but Tip Top they are the best. You will not find a company with more integrity!

Absolutely fantastic service! I came home from work and a spring on garage door was broken. Door was off the rails. An hour later the springs and bearings were replaced and the door works better than ever! Joel was awesome!
