Let me tell you, you don’t realize how much you need your garage door to shut properly, until the day it doesn’t. No better time than the Monday morning after Thanksgiving break… My husband called Tiptop around 730am and they were there before 8am. My door was a mess, off the hinges, bent, twisted.. it was honestly so bad I just knew it would take all day. John had everything fixed in an HOUR, looking brand new! He was so thorough and patient with my never ending questions, I’d never recommend anyone else! I couldn’t be more grateful for how quickly they were able to help me and let me get on with my day. Thank you!!

I got a quote from a competitor for $1300 to fix broken springs. I then called Tiptop and they said, “these aren’t broken” and they fixed something small and charged me $100 lol.

John was nothing short of awesome! He actually explained how to fix the garage by myself prior to him coming out, in effort to try and save me some money. After coming out he not only fixed the problem, but did a full check and maintenance of my garage door and walked me through the whole thing. I highly recommend their services. I will surely be giving him a call for any future questions or issues!
