Joel went above and beyond in helping us fix our garage door. The cable came off our garage door and left the door stuck open on a Sunday afternoon and we were looking to have someone come do an emergency repair so we didn’t have to leave our garage door open overnight. We found Tiptop online, and Joel came by and fixed our door in less than an hour of us initially speaking with him. He even gave us some pointers for keeping up with the maintenance on our door. We will definitely be using Tiptop for all of our future garage door needs!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND**
I had gotten 3 estimates with Tiptop being the last estimate. Joel came by to do our estimate and was so efficient and knowledgeable. I was really impressed. He was almost was too fast(in the best way) in the since he knew exactly what he was doing and taking about, I was slow to catch up lol. He gave me a few different options. Whereas the other 2 companies gave me a very cheap Band-Aid option or completely new door/system. We decided to go with Tiptop and do middle ground fix as Joel said our 19 year old garage was still in good condition, we just needed to strengthen it up.
Our technician John came right on time. Time window was 10am-12pm. He was fast and went to work quickly. When I asked questions he too was knowledgeable, friendly, and his work was VERY clean. Now that our door is strengthened, all hinges replaced, new sensor, cable reattached, we can work on replacing everything to a new system in stages. Instead of the big price tag all at once.
TipTop Garage doors & Gate Service will definitely be getting all our business in future. We are very pleased with their work and could tell they wanted to best for us. We appreciate you guys, thank you!!

Called about 2 and they scheduled an appointment for me today between 4-6. Received a text at 3:50 saying they were on the way. Joel and James canes out to problem solve my Chamberlain Liftmaster garage door that went unresponsive. They were able to find the issue and replace the parts within minutes. They also checked the door and found some cracked hinges that needed to be replaced and lubed it all up. My garage door is now working great and quieter than ever. Thanks for the excellent service!

Exceptional service from start to end, and at a fair price. I have an old and very heavy wooden garage door that requires heavy springs that I could not get. They not only were able to do a temporary fix on the broken spring (at no additional charge) until my new springs arrived, but when they did, they installed them and fixed several other issues with the door components. Professional, polite and knowledgeable!
