We had a problem with spring and two cars were stuck in garage and had no idea what to do around 11:00 pm night. We wonder if we could go work for next day. However, he really cares our problem and came to us all the way to north. We can't forget his great and fast help.
Last night I had another problem because I thought garage door was all the way up and I hit the garage door with my car. Absolutely we called him again because he is an expert. Glad to see him again and appreciate his fantastic help. Please do not waste time with unskilled people.
He knows what to do for any garage problem.

We recently purchased a home and the garage door opener was not working well, and then completely stalled on us. I requested an estimate from Tiptop through their website, and they responded within less than an hour. We made an arrangement to meet the same day and once there, I was given an estimate, from John Chavez. The pricing was very reasonable and I assumed we'd have to schedule the installation for a later date. Instead, John had everything he needed and completed the installation within about an hour and explained how the new opener....we got a new opener installed....worked and how to request service if we ever need it. I am very happy with the service and how easy and quick the installation was. Don't hesitate to contact Tiptop for garage door opener service, they were great!
