Thank you Joel for coming out so quickly and fixing our gate! Our gate was stuck open and turns out it was because of a black widow blocking the sensor!! He showed me a picture and I’m just glad it wasn’t me that found it. He also fixed our code issue and explained several cool features that we weren’t even aware of! Highly recommend to anyone who has gate or garage issues!!

I had an issue with my garage door. I found Tip Top Door, am i glad i did. Matt the technician came out almost immediately, and diagnosed the problem, and proceeded to actually show me the issue, not only did he fix the issue, he also tightened the door sensors , made sure they were aligned, and totally lubricated the entire door and unit, while fixing the original problem, and then the price came, and i thought WOW, unbelievably reasonable, the price was ALOT less than i expected, and Matt is truly a professional, cordial, Honest, etc. the door works perfectly, and talk about quiet, This is the best experience that i have had for someone to come to my house to fix an issue, all around. I posted this comment through my Sons Google account, my Name is Ed from Escondido. I know this any future issues that may come up, Tip Top Door and Matt the tech is who i am going to get. What’s not to like? My old garage door wouldn’t budge, he came out last minute to fix it and all he did was adjust the sensors...don’t laugh- I’m a widow and haven’t had to deal with this stuff! No charge for coming out on a Monday night after hours—that’s the best kind of service!

Joel arrived quickly (on a Sunday) and gave me a quick and understandable explanation of what went wrong with my door. His service was quick and complete. His service has text message confirmation and he was able to email my receipt quickly after the service.
The service solved a garage door stuck half way on a Sunday which I anticipated would be a huge pain and resolved it so quickly and easily it seems a dream.
