They were recommended by a friend, showed up the same day, did the repair quickly and at very reasonable cost without trying to upsell like other companies I have used. My Tennant said the tech was very professional and helpful. As an out of state landlord, I appreciate finding a local company I can trust, will use them again if needed.

Joel was wonderful to work with! He was available late on a Saturday night when our garage broke, after my husband had just put all of our sports and travel gear in it. My husband was freaking out about having a broken garage overnight. Joel arrived and was so fast at figuring out what was going on and getting that thing up and running. My husband was super impressed out how fast he worked and how he had all the necessary parts with him. We were thinking it would be a multi-day ordeal to get it fixed. On top of being great at fixing garages, Joel was so sweet and friendly!

I needed a repair on my garage door immediately because a panel was cracked and sagging significantly. I found Tiptop on Yelp.com with excellent reviews. Joel answered the phone immediately and arranged for a serviceman to inspect my garage door as soon as I had availability the same day. John arrived as scheduled, assessed the damage, and was able to put a strut inside the garage door to handle the damage. I especially appreciate the texts I got letting me know the appointment time, name of employee, and arrival time. I never had to guess, I was kept informed the whole time. Other companies I called before selecting Tiptop insisted I needed everything new, garage door, tracks, motor. Instead of paying thousands I paid a couple of hundred. God bless you Tiptop.

Sent a message late the night prior -regarding a spring on my garage door that broke. They reached out early the following morning and quoted me for both 1 and 2 springs with labor via a picture I sent of the issue. Once I confirmed I wanted to proceed they were here within a hour and had everything fixed quickly and at great price. Thank you for your professional service and fixing the broken garage springs.

At the point I called Tiptop my garage door wouldn't close, even manually. I was leaving home and unwilling to leave it open. Joel was able to arrive in the small window of time available with a promise to get the door closed until it could be fully repaired. However he was able to solve the problem entirely; he reprogramed the opener and adjusted the door to avoid the problem in the future. I asked him to look into the reason why the wall opener sometimes didn't work on the first touch. He didn't have the part to fix this on his truck, but gave me a temporary solution and John came out the next day and installed the new part. The door and opener are working perfectly and the price was reasonable. Joel was also knowledgeable about my opener brand (Marantec) which two other companies I called were not. Both Joel and John were personable and professional. I'm totally satisfied!

Our installer, Joel, was absolutely Awesome! Professional, most knowledgeable and always prompt to respond or answer his phone. The company support was great as well - we received texts and emails of the estimate and arrival times within minutes of them being promised. And, they're going to send out 6 month reminders to lube our garage for longevity! So refreshing to see this level of customer service these days!

When our garage door spring broke, I couldn't get out of my garage to go to work. I called several places, but only one responded immediately. Joel, with over 30 years experience in the field, said that he could be at my home in 15 minutes...and he was. He clamped the spring so that I could get out and ordered new springs for our extremely heavy, expensive door. Four days later, the springs arrived as did Mark (over 30 years) and John (17 years). Both are courteous professionals with decades of combined experience with garage doors. It was a very hot day. John sweated through the installation process, but in a bit less than an hour he was done. Mark gave me a few great tips about how to do maintenance on the new hardware. Thanks, guys. You were certainly worth the price, and you made a bad situation much, much easier on my family. The garage door has never, ever sounded quieter!

So glad I made the right call when our garage failed to open following a recent power outage. I called Tip Top based on their excellent reviews. The 2 service technicians were outstanding and completed the repair, and full service of the door and opener, the same day. They also provide a 30 day warranty on their repairs and service. They are now my go to GarageDoor Vendor.
