Joel from Tiptop came and repaired our automatic gate at a fraction of the price of a competitor who said our gate was not repairable and needed to be replaced. Not only was I blown away with the honesty but I was also impressed with his friendly and professional customer service. Not to mention, the Tiptop invoice was detailed and broken down part by part whereas his competitor tried to lump their exorbitant price into one big jumbo line item.
