While they were unable to make the scheduled time, and had to keep pushing me back due to a couple of unforeseeable problems, they did commit to being there that day, even if after hours. Ultimately, I was very pleased with the work, their machine was quieter than others I've experienced and the pet stains and odor we were dealing with are gone. He even said that the deodorizer and protectant I had requested were "on the house" for my patience. Folks, it pays (sometimes literally) to not get upset and have a little patience when a contractor has issues they can't control. I would use Best way again.
