I have used Bestway Carpet Cleaning, Ann Arbor, for more than ten years. When I call, I know I will be scheduled within a week. They are friendly, so my dogs love them. The two men work well as a team and clean all of the carpet and furniture I requested quickly. They protect my furniture before they start, and they clean-up after themselves. They also get fans blowing on my floors immediately upon finishing so they are mostly dry before they leave. Their price has always been affordable to me. They are nice guys.

While they were unable to make the scheduled time, and had to keep pushing me back due to a couple of unforeseeable problems, they did commit to being there that day, even if after hours. Ultimately, I was very pleased with the work, their machine was quieter than others I've experienced and the pet stains and odor we were dealing with are gone. He even said that the deodorizer and protectant I had requested were "on the house" for my patience. Folks, it pays (sometimes literally) to not get upset and have a little patience when a contractor has issues they can't control. I would use Best way again.

I started using Best Way because my church used them, and the carpets there are very beautiful wool, dark, majestic colors with high traffic. They do a beautiful job. I have used Best Way in my home for over 20 years; I wouldn't think of asking any other company. I had one particular spot that just kept emerging; Best Way came back eight times until it was GONE! The prices are quite reasonable and the employees are absolutely top rate! Give them a call; you'll not be disappointed!
