Really happy with the job Kelly and Omar did! I booked the carpet cleaning online about a week in advance, it was pretty straightforward and I got an email confirmation. Kelly and Omar were punctual, friendly, did a good job cleaning my carpet thoroughly and were able to remove some soap stains from the prior tenant. The entire process took less than 1 hr (my apartment is rather small), and was very reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend.

We had a sectional couch cleaned by Best Way. They were thorough in their approach and took extra care to protect our new wood floors while moving the sofa around. Unfortunately, the quote I received online ($180-$250) was far less than what I was charged the day of ($340 after a $20 off coupon was applied, so $360 without coupon) which is why I did not give 5 stars. I originally chose Best Way due to the good reviews but also their quote was less than the other companies I reached out to. I understand that prices can change with size of the job/number of cushions needing cleaning, but still was disappointed that the lower end of the quote was half of what the job ended up costing
Update on 6/14: Best Way remedied this situation by taking responsibility for this miscommunication and refunding part of our $. We didn't expect this to happen but admire the willingness for Best Way to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.

We have been using Best Way Carpet for many years now and have always been pleased with the service. Jason is a great young man and always pleasant. I've also starting using Best Way for power washing my screen porch and furniture in the spring. Again, a great job done. Several of my friends also use the company as well. And Sue is always very nice when I schedule appointments.

I have had Kelley and Jeremy and Gabe out and they are all friendly and professional and they always do a great job.....They are very careful with my furniture and my carpet always looks like new when they leave.

Two polite and highly skilled guys did a great job on stairs, woolen area rugs, and most needed due to sump pump failure, wall to wall carpeting on our lower level. They noted that sometimes areas that get wet might need another treatment and they offered to return if that happens. Pleasant scheduling experience and reasonably priced too. Satisfied customers!
