"I want to just let you know that the delivery guys are always awesome but a super extra appreciative THANK YOU to the guys this morning who were super accommodating and worked with me shuffling boards to fit in all the boards we needed. We did not have a set layout for this meeting, and we had to fit the boards in the space “on the fly”. They were sweet, personable and joy to work with first thing in the morning. Please let them know they were much appreciated."

"Gil was everything one should hope for in an onsite operations manager. Of course no show is complete without snafus and last minute adjustments... but Gil was always available, accessible, and quick to help with any situation REGARDLESS of whether or not it was even an Alliance related issue to begin with. Furthermore, I appreciated that he was respectful and kind to work with, always with a good sense of humor. I hope to work with him again soon!"

"The RIA Show has come and gone! The buzz I heard was great and the Exhibit Hall was a fabulous success. The whole Alliance team did a great job. The signs looked beautiful and were clear and easy to read! The specialty signage was fabulous (windjammers, yard signs, BIG CHECK and double sided meter boards). And the Golf Club GM even commented that the Hole Sponsorship Signs were the best they had ever seen used at the golf course. It was great to work with you on this show and I look forward future events!"

"I was a vendor at the recent Open Minds trade show at the Omni Shoreham hotel in DC. I just wanted to recognize the service that several of your staff provided my company when we were on-site at the show. Ken Smith, Tyrone Dorsey and Chris Alexander should all be commended on the outstanding level of service they provided. I specifically want to commend Tyrone and Chris for helping me with a missing part for our booth. Tyrone recognized our situation and asked Chris to pick something up for us as he was traveling on-site. Chris and Tyrone's efforts essentially 'saved the day' for Welligent and made the difference between being a trade show without a booth (literally) and having one of the best events of the year. At a time when outstanding customer service seems to be a thing of the past, Ken, Tyrone and Chris all went above and beyond the call of duty. It was refreshing and certainly distinguishes Alliance and your staff from all of the other expo service companies."

"Louie and Brandon are the best onsite guys I work with and they really make such a difference onsite at the show. They have great rapport with my exhibiting clients – it’s usually the case that they’ve already interacted with all the clients on the floor before I even get a chance to introduce them. They also just go above and beyond to help out our team whenever we need anything. The fire marshal showed up at NGPX and I had never had that happen – Louie was there in a second to help me out and made sure we didn’t have any issues. They also helped me set up this special area of the exhibit hall that I set aside for a hospital charity – I have never set it up before and I wasn’t sure how it was going to work and they made it happen, it was a great addition to the event and the attendees loved it as they are all nurses/doctors and healthcare professionals. It makes such a difference to work with great people like Louie and Brandon [Alliance Exposition], you have a great team!! We love you guys!"
