From start to finish they are efficient, professional, friendly and have amazing response time. Alliance makes sure you stay on top of deadlines, they do their best to save you money and add creative and new ideas to your show while still staying on budget. One of my favorite attributes of Alliance is their effort to keep you with the same team. I have been fortunate enough to work with Michelle and Sintia on all of my events and they are a dynamic duo! "I wanted to let you know about how much we enjoyed the NEWH SF show yesterday. The entire event was smooth for us for set-up and tear-down, from start to finish. I especially want to acknowledge a gentlemen from Alliance Exposition – named Gilbert. This gentlemen was very, very helpful and professional and provided us with FANTASTIC customer service. We needed help with laborers and a cart service inbound and outbound and he found great staffing for us and directed us where to go and even checked up on us, twice, after we set-up! That is quite an amazing employee, offering superior customer service."

"We loved working with Gil onsite he was always on top of everything and checking in with me multiple times each day. I never had to worry about the hall's status which was wonderful since I had to run around the hotel the whole time. His team was also great to work with they were friendly, timely, and provided great customer service. If possible, I would definitely like to work with them again next year! As for you Sintia, thanks for all of your hard work and always getting back to me in a timely matter. It's always great working with you as well. I also want to give a shout out to your graphics team for giving us great designs, idea, and suggestions. It was crazy how if they didn't quite get it the first time they would nail it the second time they sent something to me and it looked even better than I had imagined! Everyone loved the new look and the registration background we had this year."

The show floor was ready before expected and the exhibitors were happy that they could set-up on Saturday afternoon.
