I am just thankful I was seen today. I had a minor tooth ache a month ago. I went into my dentist to get looked at and my dentist determined I needed a tooth extracted. He gave me the name of several specialists in the area to see for the extraction. I wanted to be under for the procedure of course. My dentist gave me an antibiotic and I was on my way. A few days later I was feeling better from the antibiotic. I then called one of the oral surgeons from the referral and I was offered an appointment 8 weeks later. I then called the second and scheduled an appointment 6 weeks later. I was feeling fine so I took that appointment. About 2 weeks later I felt an excruciating pain in the same spot and I started swelling. I called both oral surgeon offices and they could not get me in right away. I called every oral surgeon and periodontist in the area. Finally, I called Dr. Burch's office. They were able to get me in right away. I was sedated for the procedure and was out of pain immediately. Dr. Burch called me this evening to check up on me. "Above and Beyond Service!!!!" This is the reason I am writing this review. I wanted everyone know how great of experience I had. I highly recommend this office for anyone who needs this type of help.

All personnel were extremely friendly and concerned with my comfort. I was there for a consultation, and it was very easy. I was a little surprised to learn of the cost of my procedures, but when you think of the equipment, the number of staff, the lovely office, etc., it makes sense. Would like to know what my dental insurance may cover, but insurance companies are taking 60 days to respond, I was told. Therefore, I will need to pay the bill and have the insurance company pay me directly.
