We've been having some issues with sewer smell coming up from the drain in our laundry room. The p-trap was drying out a lot. During the hottest part of the day, we could get a waft of sewer smell. Typically, we'd run water down that laundry room floor drain once a year. JJ Duran, who has been to our home many times, gave us a solution to a double issue. 50 year old house that has typical build up in the pipes as well as eliminating the sewer smell during this rather hot summer. I got no hot water, two tech were sent out to my place. They quickly pointed out no gas supply to the whole house. I called centerpoint energy to turn on the gas line. That's it.
I asked the plumbers to send me a bill because they came out and diagnosed the issue. But they won't take a cent from me and said they have not done any service. It is very nice company. Actually, they did find out the issue. I hope I can spread out their honest business name to everyone who need plumbing or air service. Thank you.

I was satisfied with their work and the timely response to my request which was an emergency type repair. The technician provide me with a full access of the problem and gave me several options that would be best and the options to improve the system to prevent similar problems in the future. The quotes were reasonable. I will use their service and again and would recommend them.
