Jorge Murillo was an awesome tech very professional and he relit the hotwater heater again. It appears to me that the brand of "Reehm" hotwater heaters are NOT ALL that they are cracked up to be. Time will tell IF it has a defect and to be honest, I am not impressed with the Reehm hotwater heater. For the price that I paid for this RHEEM hotwaterheater, it should not have malfunctioned in 3 days! I am NOT very satisfied with it at all.

3 weeks later...the pilot light went out. They came next day, restarted pilot light. Could just be a fluke, but they said if it happens again they'll replace the gas control module.
A week or two later. Pilot light out again. They came out the same day and replaced the gas control module as promised. Very pleased with service responsiveness.
