Josh did warranty work for us today, and I was amazed how efficient he was. He replaced the water heater for zero dollars. Just a little over a year ago we had our house repiped and replaced the water heater.Josh assured us of the quality of their work and that the water heater came with a warranty. This is the first time that I have ever had a company follow through with their warranty. He apologized for the inconvenience and replaced it in just a few hours. I would recommend 1(800) plumber to anyone that needs plumbing assistance. Josh is very personable and pleasant. He was professional, prompt and cleaned up the work area very well. The work that he and Danny did for us is last year is a major deal and could be very intrusive, but seriously, they made the experience a pleasant one. Thanks again to Josh and the new technician Anthony that did our warranty work today.

Josh saved our skins two years in a row now. After diagnosing the the issue as extremely hard water, he worked with us for financing and spent 15 hours installing a water purifier to make sure it was fine in one day so we can have water again. It was an exhausting experience, but Josh's great personality and friendly demeanor and depth of knowledge made the experience as good as possible. (As you can see in the picture, even the harshest critic likes the work done!)

Joshua Duran and Dan Klotz are 2 of the best! They removed and replaced my water heater and recirculating pump that went out the night before. They spend 8 hours here getting it all done. Both Joshua & Dan are extremely professional, easy to talk to and they cleaned up afterwards even when I told them that wasn’t necessary.
