I had an issue with my sewer lines …. Or so I thought. Kris arrived at scheduled time and promptly diagnosed the issue as a defective flap inside the toilet tank. This issue was quickly resolved by Kris. He was so polite and very patient in explaining everything to me. Out of 5 stars……with 5 being exceptional ….I give both the company and Kris, the plumber, a 5!
