He caught an emerging catastrophe before it happened though it had nothing to do with the job he was working for me. Great eye for detail and professional pride. He gives good old fashioned Baker’s dozen service and inspires trust. He even cares that cleanup is done meticulously.

Very quick response time. At my house within 45 minutes of my original phone call. Kris Aylor arrived. Very friendly, respectful, & business like. Kris explained our options and when we agreed he began work. The job turned out to be a bit more complicated than originally thought. Kris kept us informed & continued to work. He completed the installation job. Cleaned everything and left it better than when he arrived. Very comfortable with Kris and pleased with the expertise he displayed. Kris Aylor came back when my dishwasher started holding water. Since the disposal was installed I thought it could possibly be the drain line from the dishwasher to the disposal was clogged. With the same pleasant attitude as his first visit, he got to work. Checked the drain line and determined it was clear & the new disposal was not causing the problem. Advised me that I needed to contact someone to check the dishwasher. I did just that and the pump motor was not working have to have the motor replaced!

I dont typically leave reviews, but I had an awesome experience with Josh (JJ) today. My sink was draining slowly, and my garbage disposal wasn't working at all. Josh came out, was extremely prompt, courteous, and professional. After a few minutes, Josh realized that my garage disposal wasn't working because it had somehow become unplugged (under the sink). Not sure how it happened, but it was definetley user (me) error, but let's not focus on that (LOL). Let's focus on the fact that Josh realized it, and was HONEST about it, and he refused to charge me. It's awesome to know that honestly and great service still exist, as this story could have played out much differently. I highly recommend Josh (JJ) and this company! Honesty wins.
