I had a great experience with 1-800-Plumber. Their estimate was free and informative. They came out super quick. The drain tech, Kris, was friendly and helpful. He explained to me that it would be a waste of my money if I wanted him to perform services he didn’t think would actually resolve my issue and pointed me in the direct of other resources instead and I really appreciate that. As a woman it is easy to be swindled by plumbers, roofers, etc. So, Kyle was awesome and I would recommend him and the company to anybody.

I had this new water heater installed 4 months back and it stopped heating the water. Chad was the technician came to check in and Chad was awesome! He explained it to me very well about what’s going on with the water heater which stopped it from heating and with warranty in place they changed the water heater and installed a new one for free. Their customer service is excellent. I also installed HVAC system from them. 100% recommends!

I cannot recommend JJ Duran through 1-800 Plumbing enough! Their crew recently re-piped my elderly grandparents' home, and the level of care and consideration they showed was truly exceptional.
My grandmother recently had surgery and is struggling with health challenges, the team treated them with the utmost respect and kindness. They not only completed the re-piping efficiently and effectively but also went above and beyond to ensure my grandparents' well-being.
During the project, my grandmother had a few falls, and the crew immediately sprang into action to help my grandfather assist her. They even shared their lunch with my grandparents, showing a level of compassion that is rare to find.
