Edward Laborte, came to my condo to see why my A/C was not cooling. The findings were expected since my unit was 23 years old I needed a new one. He was very knowledgeable in telling me what kind of unit I should get for the type of condo I have since it has to be placed on the roof. Excellent customer service and the job was done within a week as promised. This company is awesome they call you and explain everything that will be done. The crew members, their ladies in the office and the supervisor for the job were very friendly. The installers were on time and they did an amazing job. Mason was quick, communicative, and knowledgeable. He walked me through all of the options for a new water heater and was honest about what was and wasn't necessary between options (tankless, capacity, additional mixing pumps, etc) as well as what could be done at a later date if I changed my mind.
