I have always had a great experience e with 1800Plumber - the company and the technicians. They sent confirmatory emails and tex .essages about my appointment day and time, as well as a link to track the arrival progress od the technician. They always do this. Today, Chris took care of our plumbing issue quickly and went above and beyond to fix the issue as well as make sure that the underground pipes were clear all the way to the main drain. The was skilled, professio al, friendly, and provided me with detailed explanations of all the possible solutions I could expect for several other plumbing issues I have , beyond the clogged drain. Chris did a quick and efficient job with the highest quality in customer care. Bravo and thanks a million.

Impressed with Oscar’s professionalism and leadership during job - especially, during some of the tougher or more challenging aspects of this job scope.. despite discovering dimensional constraints/limitations during job that were underestimated, Oscar kept positive attitude about finding effective solutions and working with customer/Mgmt to arrive at an acceptable solution in terms of timing and total costs - this was VERY MUCH APPRECIATED given the challenging circumstances.. more importantly, he and Dan worked very well together and helped each other fill the gaps where necessary to help achieve important objectives for the job - including customer satisfaction in terms of effectively managing the various job scope risks but also maintaining open, respectful communication with the many customer requests before/during/after job.. both helped cleanup after job was done and essentially left job location cleaner than they found it.. also, both helped assist with complimentary request by customer to help with cycling sediment (using their add’l hose length) from existing, working hot water heater which was very much appreciated.. finally, both guys were timely in starting/finishing work as practically possible and both were pleasant guys to interact with throughout job! plan to share this experience with other neighbors..
