I reached out to 800 plumber air after getting a recommendation from my builder. I reached out late and got on schedule the following morning. The technician, Chris, came out to evaluate our master shower which was custom and did not have cold water which would sustain during the summer. He was thorough with his approach and explained the process in full. We needed the shower cartridge to be replaced and I was nervous as I had another plumber attempt to fix it only to break a gasket and cause a further leak. Chris was able to access the cartridge easily and went to find a replacement locally which was not easy. He found a part but was damaged and told me about it and ordered the part from Germany. The manager also called a couple of days later to update me on the process and shared with me the timeline. The part arrived and was replaced and the process was very transparent. I would beware of these ultra large companies with 1000 plus 5 star reviews bc often they will use scare tactics to get bigger jobs on something that may not be needed. I would recommend 800 plumbing .

Chris B. is awesome though he was not able to fix the problem he reassured me that he will send someone in the morning that will solve and has the expertise to fix the problem of my 2 bathrooms.He sprain his wrist while he was working under our sink that is why he was not able to return.
Kris Aylor came the following morning and did a superb service from start to finish. He tested his work to my satisfaction.He fixed the problem and gave me an estimate for another optional service.
Both are friendly and courteous. They celaned up after thier work is done.
I feel good about the experience and the work comes with 90 days warranty.
Highly recommended and will use again in the future.
