At 3am I awoke to a terrible noise coming from my hot water heater. When I climbed up into the attic to take a look, it was leaking profusely. I called many referred plumbers, mostly leaving text or voice messages. 1800PLUMBER was very responsive and Jeff was at my house within an hour. He got my appliance turned off quickly so I could stop hemorrhaging water, and had an estimate for a replacement (along with pictures of what is going on) to my email within 20 minutes.
